Good news for you all!!
We have decided to extend the early bird registration until the end of the month for the 7th Annual Children’s Fight for Life event!! I promise you that you will not regret buying tickets to this event. Not only is it is filled with amazing silent auction items, raffle, casino tables, dinner, and of course fun…you are also contributing to the needs of the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
You all know how much we support the Center and we hope you will too. There is so much more to the Center than you would think. The doctors and nurses are top notch. They are amazing and we appreciate them so much. The Center also provides Child Life to the patients, social workers to the families, physical therapist, and nurtritionalist to each family. There is a one week camp that is put on every summer, Camp Rainbow, for all of the oncology patients. They give scholarships, participate in trials, perform research, help children through school when they are in their care….the list goes on and on. They provide care for the entire well being of the family…even the siblings.
I cannot tell you how important this facility is and how much we need you to support us in this night. Put up a list at your work, on your Facebook, email….put together a list of 10 and gather groups of friends, coworkers, family, neighbors, and buy a table for the night.
We have our table of 10 and we are so thankful for our friends and family who are putting together theirs. If you don’t want to do a table, but a single ticket, a couple. If you cannot come, we accept donations and of course no donation is too small. We are still in need of sponsors for the night…please email me at lmorton@thejackmortonfoundation.org if you are interested and I will get you the information you need.
